Alcohol Usage Starting

So what do you think, what is the "good" age to start using alcohol? I Personally think that it's around 16 (depends of how mature a person is).

My parents say that it's around 15-16 and I agree with them.

I think that 21 is a good age especially because of all of the affects alcohol has on the human brain and liver.

I heard something about the human brain becoming mature around 25, so I strongly believe that they should be able to start at the age of 23.
